Lucia C. Melillo
Lucia’s passion is the Auto Industry, and her key to success is to respect the business first. Mr. DiFeo Sr was her mentor. After achieving top 50 for Toyota Sales her first year selling, he quickly moved her into management. For over 20 years, she was a Lincoln and Lexus Sales Manager and Dealer Trainer for Sales Management, Sales Team, Parts, Service, BDC, F&I, CRM, and Reception.
Lucia additionally spearheaded integrating new hardware and software for dealerships, growing along with the tech itself. She is now also affiliated with Edifice, an Automotive Digital Marketing Program that maximizes algorithms and profiling to drive customers to the dealerships.
Lucia’s reputation is built on mutual respect with both her dealerships and candidates. When you call her, she always picks up ready to help.
Amelia LaPera
Amelia is a dealership professional with over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry; primarily in foreign markets such as Lexus, Nissan, and BMW.

She started working right out of High School as a receptionist, only to be met by an amazing management team who trained and maximized her skills. She quickly advanced through departments such as finance billing, internet sales, and management, solidifying the auto industry as her career path for life.
Amelia specializes in BDC, Internet Sales Departments and Management. She is an Efficiency Expert of CRM Systems, Websites, Social Media, Ebay Motors, Dealer Training, and Customer Satisfaction.
